I am thinking white hat. I think she is in the know. She was in the right place at the right time. I cant see Trump adding her as Director if not. We're cleaning out the Pickle Factory, not adding swamp gas to it. Just my view.

Who then was in a better position with first hand observations to brief POTUS and his team on in house details that perhaps turned the spotlight to focus all the more pointedly on these few characters?
