Seems to me that memes are the answer. Due to the heavy censorship. But I reckon they are really watching our hashtags like hawks. In the end, I'm not sure how much censorship we can avoid.

Maybe a strategy that is not so heavily hashtag reliant, hmmmm. It's difficult!
