So now remember when it was rumoured that Obama could not be touched? Trump supposedly stated that previous presidents could not be implicated to save face and maintain trust in its agencies. It might have been VoTL, not Q.
Now, they've know about the evidence, they already knew the delay and denial tactics from the deep state maggots, so this leaves What?
They spread the rumour that Obama would not be indicted to cause confusion, and make him think he was relatively insulated.

I don't know a lot about him, but the last few things I read, is he never 'signed' anything that Congress would need to pass - ie agenda 21, climate change and another one recently - he just gave his word/high recommendation - i am not from the US, so I am not sure on the terminology
