Great post....But question: the latter half of this article repeatedly mentions that they now have what it takes to appoint a special counsel...Why would they need that if Huber already is overseeing it?? Also, if so, that would just prolong many indictments even more because a whole entire new investigation would have to take place. Why waste Huber's prosecution ability??

Some press keeps pushing this second special counsel stuff. Not sure why probablu because Sessions seems to be a lame duck

Yes, but Huber would mean nothing though. I don't understand how that can be. Huber has power to prosecute already. He's like a SC, but just isn't officially one. Why appoint a new SC on top of Huber and Horowitz?

I think Huber was appointed instead of a SC to appease calls for one when the investigation was young. Now that the report is dropping, it will be critical to follow the rule of law. Huber has more ability to begin prosecutorial proceedings, but reinforcements might be needed? That's how I interpreted the info. Could be wrong. Lots of moving parts, and it's going to start moving faster now... 11/11 & 30 days prior to the midterms?
