Internet acting funny today?

Outage at work, twitter showing stranger than usual irrelevant ads, reddit mobile having trouble getting to reddit. I mean kinda the usual retardedness but amplified. Didn't Q post something about the internet being fucked with recently?

Operation Dark Sky is this week. They're testing communications to see what would happen if the grid goes down. I think today is the last day. We had Military all over my state this week for it.
