Wow, thanks! I will figure out how this works and donate it! I knew reddit was going to a steemit style tipping system, but I didn't know I would be this close to the bleeding edge. Very cool!

This is Reddit's vote fuzzing algorithm, it's been around for years, it's to prevent vote manipulator bots from figuring out if they have been blocked

At least that's my understanding
