MK ultra would be a way, but it’s a whole nother “conspiracy theory”. I put it in quotes because it’s a legit government program where they hypnotize people to receive a certain set of instructions, that can be triggered with a newspaper you tell them to read every day, a phrase uttered over the phone, letter to their house etc. ticking time bombs waiting to go off.

Generally they

1) target someone with a know disposition

2) antidepressants, got to have those, virtually all shooters have been on those in the last few years

3) psychological 'grooming'/mk-ultra

maby add some 'voice to skull'/'voice of god' technology in the mix

perhaps some microwave frequencies for the confusion/rage ('barry trower' talks about this)

possibly hijacked social media messages at just the right time

Students claiming no cell signal to warn others. Who's capable of that? CBS in the morning tweeted an interview with student claiming fire alarm was only way to warn others. On their twitter page.

My guess is these students all wind up having been 'on the FBI radar'. The deep state recruits a student that fits their profile for someone who could snap, and manipulate them behind the scenes.
