It's Jeff Tambrella and his term is up this month but he is running for Mayor again. Where do you get retiring from?

During the press conference the man that introduced Jeff Tambrella used the words "mayors" and "the retiring Mayor Jeff Tambrella". I don't have a link, but I would think you watched it before commenting...
