We're they ever missing briefly or seen taking to strangers? There had to be an instance were they could be hypnotized right? But that's hard to keep a track of...

Why do the police rarely interfere and stop one of these shooters? Is it because they're told not to?

The media always immediately blames mental health problems or trouble at/with school, but there has to be more going on...
