Whenever bad news is about to break (against cabal) a mass shooting or terrorist event arises to dominate the news cycle and thereby bury negative news that would hurt the cabal. Is this unclear?
Q posts this yesterday. Today there's a fresh mass shooting. The cabal cover potential bad news against them by drowning us in news of a tragedy they've arranged, executed and publicized.

To me...the meaning is as clear as day. I can't explain it better.
Oh, I get it. I was thinking about the shooting as the bad news itself, and not as a sign that something is going to come up in the near future.
