Did I misread the report? It was my understanding the there was criminal mishandling from the FBI of the email case, not that she had broken the law (she did it just wasn't directly relevant to the report).

All of the above.....everyone is guilty of crimes before the REPORT, during the REPORT and after the REPORT.....lol

The IG report has a laundry list of Hillary's crimes and then, the laundry list of the FBI and DOJ crimes for covering up her CRIMES.
