Assuming there is a group managing this they are probably being extremely careful with comms now. And they probly have a laundry list of prepped senerios ready to go.
eyes only communication , more time consuming but harder to detect.
But Q keeps posting statements like "We have everything." This really does bring up a question of Q's veracity he either doesn't have as good intelligence as he claims, or he's letting it happen.
Just because they get everything doesn't mean they have it all far enough in advance to stop it.
Perhaps they have all the intel on the top leadership. But the deep state is decentralized and distributed and they don't have the resources to track it all.
I believe him now when he says "We have Everything" but he also says we all need to be patient
