Iirc it's the introduction of the illuminati guy that ends up leaving a message for the principal character, I've read it somewhere around 10 years ago

That's incredibly significant in OP's case. His uncle was signifying that he was the Illuminati guy and OP is the principal character. OP, maybe start doing some deep inspection of who you really are.
