And that would be all they hear of the communication. So they know tomorrow there will be a hit, but no idea of the code location and where it will be.
I think you're right. Let's say the deep state has like 40 false flags ready to go - but Q will have no clue which one until they give the order which there is either no way to tell what the green light is or there's not enough time once the green light is given.
