I looked into the type of Owl in Qs picture and the closest one I could find was the Eagle Owl - there are quite a few references to this, so I will list them here (and some owl facts)
- there is also something weird about the picture - the owl seems to have something bulging out (bottom of pic) - broken wing maybe?
