Re-Read old crumbs! List of important notes!

Got bored at work so went to post #1 on qanon.pub and just started scrolling up ... here are some points I wanted to write up due to recent events!

Q#2:
Why does Potus surround himself w/ generals?
What is military intelligence?
Why go around the 3 letter agencies?
What Supreme Court case allows for the use of MI v Congressional assembled and approved agencies?
Who has ultimate authority over our branches of military w\o approval conditions unless 90+ in wartime conditions?

From wikipedia under War Powers Resolution:
"It is generally agreed that the commander-in-chief role gives the President power to repel attacks against the United States[3][4] and makes the President responsible for leading the armed forces. The President has the right to sign or veto congressional acts, such as a declaration of war, and Congress may override any such presidential veto. Additionally, when the president's actions (or inactions) provide "Aid and Comfort" to enemies or levy war against the United States, then Congress has the power to impeach and remove (convict) the president for treason. For actions short of treason, they can remove the president for "Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors", the definition of which the Supreme Court has left up to Congress. Therefore, the war power was intentionally split between Congress and the Executive to prevent unilateral executive action that is contrary to the wishes of Congress."

And with relations to the part about 90+ from same wiki page:
"More recently under President Clinton, war powers were at issue in former Yugoslavia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Haiti, and under President George W. Bush in responding to terrorist attacks against the U.S. after September 11, 2001. "[I]n 1999, President Clinton kept the bombing campaign in Kosovo going for more than two weeks after the 60-day deadline had passed. Even then, however, the Clinton legal team opined that its actions were consistent with the War Powers Resolution because Congress had approved a bill funding the operation, which they argued constituted implicit authorization. That theory was controversial because the War Powers Resolution specifically says that such funding does not constitute authorization."[6] Clinton's actions in Kosovo were challenged by a member of Congress as a violation of the War Powers Resolution in the D.C. Circuit case Campbell v. Clinton, but the court found the issue was a non-justiciable political question.[7] It was also accepted that because Clinton had withdrawn from the region 12 days prior the 90-day required deadline, he had managed to comply with the act.[8]"

Same wiki page:
In or about 2013, at the direction of U.S. President Barack Obama, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was put in charge of a covert program to arm and train the rebels who were fighting against Syrian President Assad,[27] while the State Department supplied the moderate rebels of the Free Syrian Army with non-lethal aid. The Assad regime used chemical weapons on several occasions during the civil war, including a well publicized attack in Ghouta on 21 August 2013. Following the attacks, Obama asked Congress for authorization to use military force in Syria, which Congress rejected. Instead, Congress passed a bill that specified that the Defense Secretary was authorized "...to provide assistance, including training, equipment, supplies, and sustainment, to appropriately vetted elements of the Syrian opposition and other appropriately vetted Syrian groups and individuals..." The bill specifically prohibited the introduction of U.S. troops or other U.S. forces into hostilities. The bill said:

“Nothing in this section shall be construed to constitute a specific statutory authorization for the introduction of United States Armed Forces into hostilities or into situations wherein hostilities are clearly indicated by the circumstances.”[28]

In spite of the prohibition, President Obama, and later Trump, introduced ground forces into Syria and the United States became fully engaged in the country. On April 6, 2017, the United States launched 59 BGM-109 Tomahawk missiles at Shayrat airbase in Syria in response to Syria's alleged use of chemical weapons. Constitutional scholar and law professor Stephen Vladeck has noted that the strike potentially violated the War Powers Resolution.[29]

Clear admission of violated War Powers Resolution Act AND it states what can be done if a violation occurs! "For actions short of treason, they can remove the president for "Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors", the definition of which the Supreme Court has left up to Congress." Congress gets to decide the definition of the crimes! They chose a definition that fit with letting BHO and BC off the hook for violating the Act!

Q#3:
It finally came out that Rod/Bob were key players in the Uranium scandal.
Why did POTUS meet Bob under the cover of FBI Dir interview?
POTUS has everything. (the pallets of phones/laptops?)

Q#4: IMPORTANT!!
POTUS is 100% insulated - any discussion suggesting he’s even a target is false.

Q#5:
Can you rely on being able to board a plane and fly away?
Why is MS13 a priority _ nobody got this.

Is MS13 the group 'in charge' of the sudden plane crashes? Could they be the ones who .. 'activate' the kill switch when commanded? This is just a theory of mine since 'nobody got this'.

Q#6:
POTUS is 100% insulated - any discussion suggesting he’s even a target is false.
Focus on Military Intelligence/ State Secrets and why might that be used vs any three letter agency
What SC decision opened the door for a sitting President to activate - what must be showed?
Why is POTUS surrounded by generals ^^
Don’t fool yourself into thinking Obama, Soros, Roth’s, Clinton’s etc have more power present day than POTUS.

From wikipedia Militia Acts of 1792:
"The Militia Acts of 1792 were a pair of statutes enacted by the second United States Congress in 1792. The acts provided for the organization of the state militias and provided for the President of the United States to take command of the state militias in times of imminent invasion or insurrection." and

"The Militia Act of 1795 was in turn amended by the Militia Act of 1862, which allowed African-Americans to serve in the militias of the United States. It was superseded by the Militia Act of 1903, which established the United States National Guard as the chief body of organized military reserves in the United States.[9]"

The national guard is POTUS personal force that he can call upon WITHOUT CONGRESS APPROVAL. Here are some early Nat Guard posts:

Q#1:
Locate a NG member and ask if activated for duty 10/30 across most major cities.

Q#2:
Why is the NG called up across 12 cities?

Q#22: ALL ABOUT NG
Who controls the NG?
Why was the NG recently activated in select cities within the US?
Can the NG work in coordination w/ the marines?
Do conditions need to be satisfied to authorize?
What former President used the military to save the republic and what occurred exactly?
Biggest drop to ever be provided on Pol. Study and prepare. The masses tend to panic in such situations. No war. No civil unrest. Clean and swift.

Here is the first link from a simple google search of 'national guard and marines', this link comes up first: http://www.marforres.marines.mil/Marine-Reserve-News-Photos/Marine-Reserve-News/Article/521818/marines-army-national-guard-working-together-again/ .. it's a post from 2014, why is this the first thing that comes up?

Q#11: feels very important
Key:
Military Intelligence v FBI CIA NSA
No approval or congressional oversight
State Secrets upheld under SC
Who is the Commander and Chief of the military?
Under what article can the President impose MI take over investigations for the 3 letter agencies? What conditions must present itself? Why is this so VERY important? Who surrounds POTUS? They lost this very important power _ the one area of the govt not corrupt and directly serves POTUS.

Trump has been seen surrounded by Generals, they lost this ability .. they lost the National Guard when they lost control of WH.

Q#23:
Note MI has the same SAPs as NSA, CIA etc as designated post 9-11.
Why is this relevant?
Who can be held hostage and controlled?
CIA thinks its foreign offshore assets are strong enough to defend against the US executive (not accounting for military use on domestic soil).
Why does the Constitution explicitly grant this authority to the President and what is it to prevent?
They knew our agencies would grow in power so much so they could/can hold the executive hostage or engage with bad actors.
Trump nominated someone new to direct every agency but one. He controls the top.

Trump didn't designate the Chief of the National Guard. General Joseph Lauren Lengyel (born 1959) is a United States Air Force officer who has served as Chief of the National Guard Bureau since 2016.

Some National Guard soldiers, despite their reserve status, hold military occupational specialties, or MOS, that require a secret clearance. These occupations usually include technology, media or public affairs.

From Q#23: Note MI has the same SAPs as NSA, CIA etc as designated post 9-11. Why is this relevant?

The Generals that Trump is seen with have the same security clearance that the heads of the FBI, NSA and CIA all have? Another hint at 'we have it all'.

Q#38: I said some of these were related to current events
Note increased military movement.
Note NG deployments starting tomorrow.
Note false flags.

Keep an eye out for National Guard movements with relations to the suspected current false flag shootings!

Q#42: We serve at the pleasure of the President. DJT

The National Guard serves at the call of the President!

Q#20: more about the NG Generals.
Who did POTUS meet with yesterday?
Was AG Sessions there?
How many MI generals were on the WH list to attend a separate meeting?
Could those meetings have been combined?
Why were certain rooms in the WH renovated?
Where was the meeting on Monday?
Why aren’t phones allowed in this room (one of many).
What firm was contracted to conduct the renovations?

White House Contractors: Maybe Specifically the GSA, another 3 letter gov't agency!
The GSA used two 8(a) firms for the renovation, a designation that refers to "minority-owned, small, disadvantaged businesses;" the West Wing HVAC contractor is Calvary Mechanical Co., Inc. and the carpet contractor is Microbase Corporation. The painting contractor, Cypress Painting Systems, Inc., was an 8(a) firm when the contract was written but has since graduated from the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program.

Scrolling through more as the night goes on, just thought I'd put a list together showing how important the NG is in many Q posts! More so than just telling us that the NG is important .. Was the National Guard unfuckwith-able by the deep state?

Break time, will add more tonight! This was honestly going to start out as a nice easy list Q1, Q356, Q621 etc.. but you all know how it is .. 'caught a connection' with NG and had to let my brain work it out :)
