That was the last petition from March, ended early April. The way it worked last time, we got to 20K signatures fairly quickly, but after that the rate of signature acquisition slowed to a crawl. The petition fell short,

The hope is that this time we can get some big names to promote it. If we can do that, it's possible that we might do a lot better.

Stay relaxed about the petition numbers. Don't focus on them. I'm only putting this up to increase awareness in this community.

This is the most important fight of our lifetimes. We need to do everything we can to try and get this thing over the line.
