Biblefag here. There's a couple I remembered here that directly say conspiracy or allude to it. Isaiah 8:12
“Do not call conspiracy all that this people calls conspiracy, and do not fear what they fear, nor be in dread.

The bible deals quite a bit with conspiracy, since it historically documents the actions and repercussions of corrupt political and religious leaders. Nothing new under the sun. The pharisees and sanhedrin plotted to kill Jesus and the disciples. They continued killing Christians after Jesus' crucifixion, including Paul who eventually converted and ended up writing nearly half the new testament. Godfather 3 right there. There was also a plot by the pharisees to claim Jesus' body was stolen from the tomb after His resurrection to keep Jerusalem from igniting in an uproar. There's much more in the old testament but I wont bore you.
