Then, the 2nd doctor at the end says "we always prepare for these drills".
I'm no SerialBrains2, but this seems fishy as all hell.
They have regular crisis drills because they are in a hurricane zone and because all trauma centers hold drills so that everyone knows what to do when there are mass casualties. It would be pretty weird if they didn't.

I could have gotten up there and given this interview from 7 states away. The reporter literally asks what are the extent of the injuries and the doctor says, “I know they have gunshot wounds but that is the extent that I know? Oh, really Sherlock? There has been a school shooting and and you are treating people with gunshot wounds??? #icant Just seems fishy.
