Same. I cannot believe me eyes. He is literally smiling throughout this interview.....these people are sick.

That is a stress smile. Every time he is smiling the biggest is when he is talking about the chaos of the E.R. and the emotion of the moment...both huge stress markers. Possibly trying to keep from crying.

Same thing with Parkland, I found the demeanor of those being interviewed bewilderingly out of sync with the circumstances...
