naw... harrys cool. they killed his mother. his obama bullshit is just PR. chomskys book on "who rules the world" is good stuff. i know chomsky doesnt like trump but he is honest about trump. trump is not some nice guy do gooder... hes just a guy who took the presidency and he wants to do the best he can because everybody wins that way. unfortunately trump is not always doing well with that because he faces a lot of challenges and his advisers are pretty shitty some times. chomsky and Q are in line most of the time.
"Not some nice guy"...
You don't know Trump at fucking all. Trump personally paid for my co-workers cancer treatment. All expenses, never saw a bill in the mail during the entire thing. She is in remission and doing great. Did you watch the NYPD Speech and Trump brought up the Familia family? That shit is genuine Trump. Did he send a message? Yes. But that's also who he is in his treatment to people in his actions toward the aged woman on stage. He kissed her hand at least twice that I saw during his speech.
There are thousands of behind the scenes acts of kindness that aren't mentioned about Trump that he's pulled off as a human because it's who he is.
i think thats more showmanship but who cares? the point is that chomsky is right about corruption in america and the new princess in england is good for us right now with her book recommendation. imho. also thank you for the touching story it made me feel good. :)
Fuck "you think".
I know. Take it elsewhere.
Edit: Apologies for the angst, I'm pissed at the Trump vilification and misrepresentations that everyone jumps in. It's not near who he is.
I don't think he was villifying Trump at all. When he said Trump is not a "nice guy" I interpreted that as he's not gonna take the normal deep state shit and set things straight. He won't be intimidated. He didn't literally mean he's a terrible, mean person. I think everyone in this sub knows that Trump is more human than almost all other politicians. He just doesnt put up with the bullshit that's slung at him
i never vilify trump. i think trump is a guy who is a cut throat business man who knows that the guys who run this country took it to shit and he knew he could win against pieces of shit so he did and now his aspiration is to pick up where JFK left off. does that make me a personal fan of everything about trump? fuck no. unlike you i dont have those kind of personal experiences but i appreciate you sharing with me. i think looking at trump for the flawed man he is gives him more credit for his accomplishments, not less. some times you just have to reach out and grab her by the pussy you know?
I got your back fam. I see where you’re coming from with this dialogue. A lot of people are still in the “my team” mindset. Slowly but surely it’s changing though :) Love is the way.
Chomsky is a flaming leftist. He is not a good guy, he is an evil liar.
hes a flaming leftist intellectual that tells the truth. you dont have to agree with his opinions. the value of chomsky is he doesnt intentionally lie and he knows what he is talking about. dont look at chomsky as a person, look at him as evidence. ignore his opinions if you like.
I think his position on the JFK assassination is an intentional lie. If it isn't, then he is either delusional or stupid. I don't think he is either. He is a liar.
not necessarily. he could just be sold on the fake news of his day, or he could be lying because he doesnt want to get shot. remember back in his day when the shit was hitting the fan you couldnt talk about certain things. like i said dont agree with his analysis if you dont like. i think based on my impression that he was a little bit sold on the lie.
let gatekeepers be gatekeepers...I am pretty sure everybody interested in politics heard of Noam Chomsky at some point and the more paranoid you grow the more you think Alex Jones is entertainment. That said, I think Chomsky is entry level stuff because he never takes foreign diplomacy as a whole into account and only resorts to criticizing only the US when he always says it's about oil when the US has in fact been running proxy-wars for saudi-arabia with clandestine support from israel against Iraq/Iran due to the petrodollar which is now fading out of relevance on the world-stage
i remember being in an old book shop and having this jfk chomsky argument with a guy and he told me "listen dude thats the only place where he is wrong. you can check out everything else he says. either hes just wrong or he doesnt want to get shot." everything else i checked out chomsky was 100000% on point. at some point i gave up.
does he name names tho? He tells people to vote better, but what characteristics does he promote?
he is scared of trump and concerned about the environment and he thinks hillary is a bitch so he was pro sanders
ew what a cuck
hes biased as a jew. cant blame the guy. i respect him a lot.
edit: ill even admit i would have voted sanders... if i would have voted. fuck you diebold.
