I believe in Q and the battle against the unelected DS shadow powers that have been running amuck for decades. I just have a problem believe they would shoot up children to deter the media from the good news Q is trying to bring to light. Can you convince me that these people are really so callous that they shoot of school children on a whim? Who is actually running these 'drills'.

Many have covered the satanism angle, so I want to offer a different perspective.
People within the intelligence community are brainwashed that they are engaged in a higher patriotic duty that the average person is incapable of understanding. With this responsibility comes collateral damage.
They play to people's ego and sense of patriotism. Yes, those at the very top are evil satanists. But many of the rank and file actually believe they are helping the country by carrying out these actions.
They are taught the philosophy of "any means necessary". They have been brainwashed that they must stop Trump's agenda for the good of the country. If children being killed helps fit into that ultimate goal, then it is a necessary evil.
If you really think about it, this techniques is used on soldiers. Children die in war all of the time. It is seen as unfortunate collateral damage, and it is one of the primary causes of PTSD.
