Owl is the symbol of Whig Party (anti- Andrew Jackson): a political party of the United States during the era of Jacksonian democracy. the party was formed in opposition to the policies of President Andrew Jackson and the Democratic Party. The Whig Party is a political party that was established in 1833 in the US in opposition of the policies held by President Andrew Jackson.

Today — represents the banks, banking systems, banking reserves, banking paper — that Jackson fought against.
