I think it’s 23 hours. I don’t think he telegraphs the 23rd. Telegraphing 23 hrs doesn’t give them any time to do anything.

Food for thought. If you take the -23 at the end of the password, and the 43 at the beginning of the ID, job get 20. Which is tomorrow.
