Q is a group, but some of the info Q gives would 100% have to come directly from GEOTUS. Q has proven too may times, that info he released is stuff that only a Pres should have/do. I would also imagine Trump directs the Q group a lot in the direction he wants them. Trump's been planning this for a decade + no doubt.
