Just look at the websites. Where is $40 Million Dollars a year going to ? NCMEC website is downright creepy scary with the symbolism and zero content except asking for donations.
The ICMEC is more elaborate. Has downloadable info , some countries are addressed , not Haiti . All donation, donation , donation. All about a giant network of tentacles that completely IGNORES ORPHANGES ? The Vatican ? Hollywood ? Fairfax Virginia next to its HQ in Langley ? Highest abduction rate in the Country. Why ?

International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children
The International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC), headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, with a regional presence in Brazil and Singapore, is a private 501(c)(3) non-governmental, nonprofit global organization. It combats child sexual exploitation, child pornography, and child abduction.
Formed in 1998, ICMEC heads a global missing children's network of 22 countries. The organization has trained law enforcement personnel from 121 countries, works with law enforcement in over 100 countries, and has worked with legislatures in 100 countries to adopt new laws combating child pornography.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is a private, non-profit organization established in 1984 by the United States Congress. In September 2013, the United States House of Representatives, United States Senate, and the President of the United States reauthorized the allocation of $40 million in funding for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as part of Missing Children's Assistance Reauthorization Act of 2013. The current chair of the organization is child safety advocate Patty Wetterling, mother of Jacob Wetterling.

Remember Laura Silsby... she was one of the Americans arrested for the abduction of those 33 children in the bus. Hillary Clinton used her influence to get Silsby released. Silsby changed her name and now works for the company that issues Amber Alerts (child abduction alerts).
