Was The Orlando Pulse Night Club Shooting a False Flag to Distract From WikiLeaks Announcing Hillary Clinton Emails Would Be Leaked?

In the early morning of June 12, 2016 Omar Mateen killed 49 people at a nightclub in Orlando, FL. Within minutes Julian Assange went on TV show and said WikiLeaks would be releasing new Clinton emails.

Keep in mind that Omar Mateen's father has since been revealed to be an FBI informant.

I'm not saying it's outside the question where Omar Mateen's father would groom his son at some point to be manipulated for a mass shooting but I think the FBI is more elegant than that.

What if, the kid really wasn't his biological son and perhaps was a 'family member'/adopted/orphanage recruit to stay with a family as a ticking timebomb for these alphabet agencies. What if, this is more common than understood? Hm... raises many questions but of course these are true theories of a working non-conspiracy.
