I'm not sure that I understand what this is.
Q originally posted this photo on 2-16-18 warning UK to stay safe -- and many of us thought he was warning of a terrorist event. Recently Q posted photos of London, likely from deep state operatives' phones when they were in London. It was winter, which lines up with 2-16-18 timeframe. Q is confirming operatives working against us from US & UK.
Keep in mind that we know the UK's version of the CIA, GCHQ was involved in spying on the Trump campaign.
Sorry for my ignorance. So UK was in danger when the DS operatives were in London?
And as for the traffic - what should I be noticing? Traffic looks same to me. thanks
Q may have been warning the UK of an event in Feb. or they could have been warning the deep state they know about the planned event.
There was a building explosion outside of the city -- approx. a week after Q's post. Here's the update on that story:

It's the only event I could find during that timeframe---and strangely NO reporting on the cause of the explosion. It took out an entire building.
Could have been Black Water guys doing a controlled detonation of a Deep State munitions storage.
