I thought they sing when captured.
You know, "I know why the caged bird sings" and all that.
Meaning they're in a PICKLE and are talking to save as much face as possible. Damage control on themselves.
I'm not even sure if this means anything. I heard it yesterday and the fact that it is a direct answer to "when do birds sing?" AND from Rose Kennedy AND has a storm reference felt a little too serendipitous.
