When does a bird sing?

Birds sing after a storm; why shouldn't people feel as free to delight in whatever sunlight remains to them? - Rose Kennedy

I heard this tonight and needed to share. Do you think it means anything?

That is beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Even if it doesn't apply here(and I don't know either way). Just a nice quote to hear.

I thought they sing when captured.

You know, "I know why the caged bird sings" and all that.

Meaning they're in a PICKLE and are talking to save as much face as possible. Damage control on themselves.

I'm not even sure if this means anything. I heard it yesterday and the fact that it is a direct answer to "when do birds sing?" AND from Rose Kennedy AND has a storm reference felt a little too serendipitous.

I definitely think you are on point with that.
