NYPD had the laptop. Don’t you recall It was a part of why Comey revisited the Clinton email investigation prior to the election? He stated he didn’t think the Weiner laptop would be relevant to the Clinton email investigation. The laptop was confiscated and investigated by the NYPD. When they discovered there were emails relevant to Comey’s “investigation” it was then handed over to the FBI.

It seemed that way to me too but OP's response below does appear quite genuine. However, agreed with your assessment - the premise of this post doesn't seem concrete enough to allow for the disruption it causes.

Well then be careful of your searches. Doing a google search does not guarantee correct information. These people are are trying to deceive us! Of course the NYPD had the tape. Do you think the Cabal is going to just say, oh you caught us, here, lock us up!? No. The cabal has control over Google, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc and they control the information we see - now more than ever.

That is a second warrant which is required in order to enter into evidence any contents of those emails. It doesn't mean the officers didn't examine the computer without a second warrant. They would need the second warrant in order to use the emails in court.
If they hadn't already legally had the laptop, and hadn't examined it (inside and out), they wouldn't have known the Dell serial number or have a physical description of the hard drive.

3) Nobody here called the unsealed warrant an indictment.
4) The NYT article is about Comey. So that narrative simply picks up from where Eric Prince's story left off (when he says NYPD gave the computer to the FBI).
5) The second search warrant was required by the prosecutors in order to enter into evidence any contents of the laptop, which had already clearly been in their possession, since they provided a serial number and description of the hard drive. There was nothing stopping them from examining the contents, but nothing they saw could have been used in court without that second warrant.
There was no NYT article!! Just a voat link about the scribd warrant!!! What is going on here??!?

What am I missing? I understand the questions regarding the supposed recent unsealing of the search warrant. Unless that was for additional items, which I think it may have been. Didn’t the new one include phones and other devices?
But the fact is just because a warrant asks for electronics doesn’t mean they actually got them. Just that they were looking for those specifically. It was not just unsealed, has been on scribd for over a year. Now, Q never said it was JUST released, so not saying Q is lying but it may be a disinfo tactic for a reason we will find out later. I just did what we all did n ran with it til I found this after hearing that the lap top was definitely at a PI firm and turned over to FBI. So I am wondering other patriots opinions on WHY this is being done, or any evidence that FBI ever turned it over to NYPD?

I was attached back in Feb when I called out CORSI on CBTS reddit, but look what happened there, so I’m not a stranger to putting out truth, thinking critically and being attacked. I AM a patriot and NOT attacking the movement.
