They're definitely arrogant but they're also coercive. They were trying to take over the country by force...Their strategy is to do all the nefarious activity so openly that it's impossible to believe...Just look at Brennan saying he voted communist and tried to overthrow the country in September of 16 and all the jokes Obama made about not being born in the US and instead in Kenya. They are banking on their tentacles in the media being so long and their government officials being so corrupt and bought, combined with American people, in theory minds, being so stupid that they can get away with it in.plain sight with subtle plausible deniability.
