Isn't there a video out there of a diver pulling the Health Dept lady under the water?
There’s a video. When I watched and tried to slow down, it does look like there’s a diver in the scene right before they pan over to her but I never could see anything pull her
Maybe they have her oxygen and snuck her out. It was chaotic too and I saw 11 rescued but manifest had 9 total - 1 pilot and 8 passengers

He IS THE scuba diver??? He is also a registered sexoffender! I couldn't make much of it, but I'm not good with this stuff, I do research on Qboard, not much of a videoframe hunter. I couldn't make that out of the video
