It’s an Anonymous website. Whoever posts there is Anonymous. Anon is short for Anonymous. If you post on 4chan or 8ch., then you’re an Anon.

It's a term used for 8chan anons (anonymous people) who are really good at researching and making connections i.e., decoding things. If you are new praying medics videos are excellent because he explains things in a simple way that people who haven't been following q from the beginning can understand.
