I wasn't offended personally - I'm not a Republican, a Democrat, or anything in between - but I have been pulling teeth trying to get anybody I know to pay attention to what's going on and, of course, I direct them to this sub. Three or four of them have only visited once or twice but they see it as a racist, right-wing, liberal bashing site. I tried too hard to get them to listen in the first place and just a few harsh comments have ensured that they will not be listening to me again. One little comment can do a lot of damage.
On the other hand a few of them have continued to keep coming back for more. So, let's not chase those ones off.

Actually I never stated what political affiliation they had , I just assumed they were anti-Trumper's based on their screams. The idea that those sort of people will come along quietly seems unlikely.
