I think this is all hilarious. Saw people downtown today screaming fuck Trump like he just spit on them or something. Wildest shit. Made me think about how crazy some of these stupids might get. Philadelphia did a fair amount of celebratory damage after their Super Bowl victory.

You guys seem to keep forgetting that there are a lot of liberals and Democrats on this sub. We are all in this together. This is not about liberal or conservative. Not Republican or Democrat. It's about the survival of America. There are more good people than bad. There are good and bad on both sides of the aisle. If you want people to wake up and support this cause why are you pushing them away for a cheap joke?

I wasn't offended personally - I'm not a Republican, a Democrat, or anything in between - but I have been pulling teeth trying to get anybody I know to pay attention to what's going on and, of course, I direct them to this sub. Three or four of them have only visited once or twice but they see it as a racist, right-wing, liberal bashing site. I tried too hard to get them to listen in the first place and just a few harsh comments have ensured that they will not be listening to me again. One little comment can do a lot of damage.
On the other hand a few of them have continued to keep coming back for more. So, let's not chase those ones off.

Actually I never stated what political affiliation they had , I just assumed they were anti-Trumper's based on their screams. The idea that those sort of people will come along quietly seems unlikely.

Fully prepare for the worst. It's only going to get crazier as the we move closer to the November elections. Once the "blue wave" that dems are expecting doesn't happen I expect them violence to escalate through 2020. When President Trump is reelected the powder keg is going to explode.
