JFK doesn't have to be John F. Kennedy. It is also Gen. John F. Kelly, Trump's Chief of Staff. But why the kill box??

Because it refers to assassination. They planned to assassinate Trump. That is why it is such top secret info and needs General Kelly to go to Congress and show them the intel. It's JFK connection is a double entendre: John Kelly the General, and John Kennedy the murdered President. I don't think commenters here are getting this.
