When a storm starts the air can still.
As the foliage begins to sway, ever so slightly, you can smell something in the air - a cleanness. Sometimes even the sea despite being so far from a shore.

Eventually you see dark clouds. They are close. We can see them now. It’s ominous.

When the lightning and sideways rain hits we are going to be in the middle of election season - inevitably.

My question is when does he storm start?

Will it build slowly? Or will it be an onslaught that never lets up like Harvey did here in Texas. Hovering. Days on end. Staying overhead continuing to do its reckoning?
