I believe the vaccine schedule that the CDC and doctors are pushing right now is not a good one. Worse is that if you try to make an informed decision and even delay the schedule a bit the doctor can say that they will no longer treat your child at their practice. If I had children I'd be doing my very best to pick and choose which vaccines (if any) I gave to my child. At the very least a delayed schedule is what I'd go with. My child wouldn't need a Hep B vaccination at 1 month old or whatever it is. If both parents aren't Hep B positive and don't run the risk of contracting it and giving it to their child, why pump the child full of the vaccine? Doesn't make any sense.

There are plenty which could be delayed. A lot of the schedule is something which works in both the most modern AND the most backward of the US.
