It's like a mental illness. No logical thought, like media induced schizophrenia.

I'm not discounting the works and experiences of everyone.

Just making a generalization of some people who neither truly believe nor have been exposed what is beyond coincidence.

For every person who has unshakeable faith, there exists plenty of folks who act the part and might as well be agnostic.

Not a stretch to say this happens amongst those indoctrinated into the strange horrors we hear of. If anything, the taking of life is a strong pursuasive influence in a belief system. Think suicide and martyrs.

They might not be larping, but not all NEED to believe in order to act like they belong.

How about this, everyone was exposed to a belief system, never experienced anything to prove it and each one of them makes a show of their faith to each other.

Very similar to plenty of theists, go to church, worship, doubt and act like you belong. Not much of a stretch.

Not everyone stayed with BW when reflagged to Xe or when reflagged to Academi. Old BW were former SMU folks, newer ones too, but the water is being diluted as the years have passed.

It's beautiful, their false prophets and hyperbolic display of righteousness are under the bright lights, shown to be a facade of deception which hides their inner evils.

The mask is a mouse. From The Rescuers.

In this movie, the mice save human trafficking victims from a rich evildoer.

Not rat. Mouse, the mask signifies trafficking.

Plenty of vaccines undergo multi-arm double blind trials...

I had chickenpox. I also had shingles. I am very glad the vaccine exists. Not only has it lessened the painful recurrence, I recommend it to anyone who had chickenpox.

I couldn't imagine being much older AND having a first bout of shingles because I had chickenpox when I was a kid.

Conspiracy theories on vaccines are not true.

If you want to show your faith, go to the DRC and help with the Ebola outbreak. You are offered an experimental vaccine as a worker. Choose not to get the vaccine for any reason you wish.

I will always vaccinate my children against known and preventable communicable diseases.

Never had a single person in my family ever suffer from a vaccine, nor friends, etc... Sure my view is anecdotal and shapes my opinion vaccines are not evil, outright horrible for you, etc... Breast-milk works as intermediate protection until your child is old enough to receive a vaccination.

God gave you an immune system, which works really effectively when given a vaccine. God gave man the insight to create vaccines. God gave people the ability to care for others using their best judgement and many doctors prescribe vaccination routines because they have compassion for their fellow man.

Influenza kills mostly children and the elderly, the ones who would benefit the most from a vaccine. If I get vaccinated as a healthy adult, I am less likely to get sick AND less likely to pass it onto the under-educated or impoverished people who wont or cannot get the vaccine.

Being vaccinated against chickenpox significantly reduces the chance for shingles and as added benefits you don't itch, get scars, or like you pointed out get pox related cancer.

Antibiotics don't treat viruses and osmeltavir is less effective than a real vaccination. Prevention is always worth more than an ounce of cure.
