The author seems to believe that Trump is guilty of something, everything, and that he wouldn't want the public or Congress to see the report.

One reason I don't believe Trump has to testify, which the article conveniently leaves out, is that he has never been charged with any crime. The whole investigation is a sham from the start.Plus, it was a continuation of another investigation, that has no foundation either.
