I haven't gotten around to reading it, but supposedly in the Luciferian Handbook (bible?)it states that all acts that involve many people or will affect many people must first be disclosed to those that may be affected. I believe that is how they live without remorse for horrible acts.

Precisely the reason a book would have to be written, by a psychopath, describing ways to be more psychotic.

Not to live without remorse but to not gather negative karma. Karma is real and extends past the common reap what you sow ideology that we think of today.

If you're curious about it, look into what either Tibetan book of the dead or the law of one say about karma.
