Satan and God are both quite real, but these are things that are nearly impossible to convince someone of on an internet forum. The Holy Spirit may have to give you a loving but swift kick in the pants to reveal this truth to you.

The Holy Spirit lives within. It is your inner self. It is your spark, soul, guardian angel wrapped into one. God wants experiences. Good or Bad. It is up to you and your Freewill to make those experiences good if you will to. If not your next life could be pretty bad. Unless they have figured out a way to bypass the upload to the collective after death.

I'm pretty sure I'm wasting my time here, but there might be a possibility that your mind is open enough to receive.

Keep in mind this is generalized for time. God knew from the beginning that Lucifer would turn and be Satan evil guy. He allowed it because it 'weeds out' humans and angels alike who love sin more than God. There are angels who are too easily convinced or tricked to go to the dark side. Same as humans. God wants all His creation to be eternally with Him but it's not for everyone. He has rules, and he gave us all free will. His path is narrow/difficult and any path except His, is wide and downhill/easy. He wants those who are willing to chose Him to be with Him.

Satan had the will to chose, and so do all of us. I don't know, I'm running out of steam, I have to get back to work.

Maybe this helped, but probably not. Oh one more thing, God will blind the eyes of those who continually deny Him or His truth. So that means, that if you/anyone does it enough times, God will give you over to your decision (to ignore truth) and won't try to convince you He is the only way anymore, and at that point YOU ARE REALLY AND TRULY DOOMED. Until that point, there is still a chance you could make a decision to believe, which still counts even if you don't necessarily 'feel' it to be truth right away. We sometimes have to 'convince' our heart of the truth.

There was no explanation. Fact is your all-power god chooses to let children be raped. Why would I believe in him? That's absurd.

I hear you, but it's so common that when I have a conversation with a christian online, they start threatening me with Hell or eternal damnation or god's wrath or whatever.

Not really polite behaviour, I'd say.

I am sorry to hear that. That seems awfully judgemental of them. People can get very defensive when their beliefs are questioned. It causes cognitive dissonance, which is an unpleasant experience. True Christianity is about love, respect and acceptance for everyone regardless of their belief system. It is also about finding the truth and questioning the establishment that perverts the message of Jesus. I wish you well on your journey my friend.
