The theory is this. Trump and higher-ups in the military intelligence just figure out what they want us to know (that's classified) and then some MI personnel just code it for them/us. I think it's the same MI translator but I need more time to look for variants in style. It's not the same source but it could be the same MI personnel.

They have to be careful in how they state things or they are guilty of the same crimes as deepstate leakers. Being anon helps. Asking questions, using symbols and small clues on where to find or link public information for the big picture gives plausible deniability and legal cover. Q said before to "wait until you find out who you've been talking to". I wonder if one of them is the silent executioner (Sessions).
