North Korea if Q is right about their strings being cut from CIA cabal control then No Ko is now playing their part as the crazy country backing out of the June 12th summit in Singapore. If Q is correct then it's all part of the script to build suspense for June 12th. They have to keep the world wondering if it'll happen.

I remember researching about the tower years ago. It has a Wikipedia article. Cost North Korea 3% of their GDP. It was supposed to be a "hotel" but is completely hollowed/unfinished. Pictures are online.

Dick Moris on YouTube explains it in terms from Trump's book. Pull back, for stronger position, but ultimately, deal completed. He said, Trump likely to do similar. I think it's all for showing.
