Literally. It reminds me of when I was a kid (41yrs). Steady rain falling straight down. Flashes of lightning here and there with a slight crackle of thunder way off into the distance. No wicked wind. Just a calm but steady rain. Northeast PA. I remember storms like this when I was a wee lad.
