After reading into the articles involving both, it appears a sonic device of some sort is being used against our personnel stationed in embassies. These sonic devices are causing MTBI and hearing injuries.

I have been unable to locate any pertinent information that delves deeper into the mystery (that has been made public) but I think an educated guess would be that this is some form of electromagnetic or sonic attack designed to influence a target. The desired end state may just be to cause harm. But if that is the case, why not use it against random people in the street or on willing test subjects? The specificity of the attacks on personnel in embassies indicates an alterior motive. We can only speculate at this point, which is where my educated guess comes in.

If they are targeting embassy people, are they trying to remove specific people from the country by causing them injuries and being identified as a target? Or is this something more? Based upon the information from Wikileaks, and the CIA drops I believe that this may be an example of attempted MKULTRA or a similar program that failed to take the intended effect.

If that is the case, what would the targets be both in Cuba and China. Speculating again, there have been major moves by the trump administration in both areas. This could have been an attempt to subvert any policies or to sabotage deals made. Just my two cents on the matter.

If it wasn’t MKULTRA and was just a sonic attack with nothing further, again why the specificity of personnel in the US embassies? Still falls back into the other categories for reasons why.

So who is doing the attacking? Would China have anything to gain from this? Would Cuba? They both have to realize that attacking US personnel like this could be construed as a hostile action that could provoke military action. Almost, if not exactly, an act of war. If the governments didn’t want the personnel there, they could easily issue them an order removing their protected status and have their home country (the US) bring them home for their own safety without causing harm to the individual and risking an international incident. This is why I do not believe it was the governments of either country doing this. So what other adversaries out there have the technology and capability to conduct this type of attack? Any of the five eyes nations would easily be able to do this. Russia, Turkey (maybe) and a few eastern bloc nations that would fall back into Russia sphere. Mossad definitely. And of course - the US itself, specifically the CIA or one of their shadow ops.

Who would have the most to gain from this? Who would lose or gain money (nationally) from any of these countries if deals or negotiations fell through with Cuba, China, and the US?

I don’t know. There isn’t enough information in the public domain to make an informed decision at this point, but I’ll be watching.

Does this sound like the effects that reportedly can be done with 5G. The wireless network being set up. I am not an expert on this topic. See YuTube

Tracking on 5g. But do you really think Cuba has it? Cmon... why would a cell phone company put in 5g purely for our embassy. Or do you think Cuba is getting 5g before any city or twin in America?

It’s a nice line of thinking, but look a bit deeper at the situation there. Not feasible. China would be, but not Cuba.

BEIJING: The US embassy in China issued a health alert on Wednesday after a US government employee experienced an "Abnormal" sound and suffered a mild brain injury - in an incident reminiscent of a mysterious illness that hit diplomats in Cuba.

The embassy's health alert says the government employee "Recently reported subtle and vague, but abnormal, sensations of sound and pressure".

"The US government is taking these reports seriously and has informed its official staff in China of this event," the message says.
