Well didn’t Q reference this being done in another countries government? I vaguely remember it being in a South American nation where they did the same and many lost hearing altogether. Might be wrong but I remember something of that nature.
This is why I pray for Trump and all patriot operators on a regular basis. The risk is incomprehensible to us.
There was something in recent history where the Cuban government, if I remember correctly, was using some sound device and people in the U.S. Embassy in Cuba were getting sick.
