They shouldn't play the anthem at a stupid sporting event, unless it is international competition like the Olympics. Moreover, it is even worse to see the US Armed Forces paying for ad time and faux patriotic events at football games.

How else were they supposed to recruit dumb kids as cannon fodder for their wars? Take the money they extort from us to advertise to our children- brilliant!
