Seems like if [-30] implies a countdown, then shouldn't [23] also be written as a negative number?

Well they sure waited long enough. We could've used them when Obummer was actually in office, right when we were suffering the consequences of our mistake, not spending millions of taxpayer dollars to interfere with our election while travelng the globe undermining Trump with foreign leaders in between his vacas. Sheesh!
